Her expertise encompasses complex construction and infrastructure matters, where she brings insights from being a co-author of Remedies in Construction Law.

Jess James, JAW Sustainability

Jess is the Founding Director at JAW Sustainability. She specialises in developing practical application of sustainable solutions across all building types and life cycle stages. Jess has acted as BREEAM and Energy Assessor on a huge range of projects across all sectors, both new build, extension and refurbishment.

Casey Rutland, Property Cortex

Casey is the Chief Data and Digital Officer/Partner at Property Cortex. He directs strategic initiatives focused on digital transformations, open data and operational excellence. He also oversees the digital service delivery across the full asset lifestyle. Casey also acts as a trusted advisor to government bodies, developers, consultants and contractors across the GCC and wider.
