Paul Sills

Paul is an independent arbitrator and mediator based in London working with Arbitra International. Paul was previously a barrister with 26 years’ conflict resolution experience before becoming a full time neutral.

Paul’s has a distinguished list of professional fellowships, including:

  • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
  • Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators.
  • Fellow of Prime Disputes, Fellow of The Malaysian Arbitration Institute.
  • Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.

Fatima Balfaqeeh

Fatima is a Legal Counsel, and independent Arbitrator, Mediator and Business Consultant. Throughout her 16-year career, Fatima participated in a wide array of commercial, legal and operational matters. These include dispute resolution in construction-related fields, governance enforcement in contracts, project finance and procurement for government entities.

Fatima is a member of the Charter Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), RICS as a chartered Facilities Management Surveyor and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain (CIPS). As a UAE National, she has an active involvement with the ICC-UAE as a board member and is a member of the UAE Branch Committee and the MENA advisory panel (MAP) of the RICS.

William Frain-Bell

William is a Chartered Arbitrator with extensive experience in corporate and commercial international arbitration. His expertise includes high value, complex construction, shipping, property and investor state disputes. His particular focus is on construction related disputes in the Middle East and he has a good working knowledge of the UAE Civil Code.

He is a recognised and accredited CEDR Mediator and accepts mediation appointments regularly.
