Jerry Tate – Director and founder of Tate+Co, Architects.
Jerry founded Tate+Co in 2007 and maintains a key role at the practice. His projects are motivated by generating creative, pragmatic and unique solutions that have positive impacts on both our built and natural environments. With a focus on design quality, he remains influential across all projects at Tate+Co. Jerry is an active member of the construction community and is a fellow at the Royal Society of the Arts. He currently teaches at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.
Ruth Kavanagh – Partner at Construction Solicitors, Archor.
Ruth founded Archor in 2021, and prior to this was the partner in the construction team of a large regional firm, which was at the time one of the leading construction teams outside of London. Coming up for 15 years’ as a dedicated construction solicitor, Ruth has extensive experience in construction disputes acting for a range of clients including employers, insolvency practitioners, subcontractors and professionals.
Richard O’Brien – Director at Ross Gower, Insurance Brokers.
As Managing Director at Ross Gower, Richard is a Chartered Commercial Insurance Broker, ACII qualified with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Founded in 1989, Ross Gower is an independent insurance brokerage based in the City of London. Whilst specialising in the property and construction market, Ross Gower also work in high net worth, financial services, commercial insurance and manufacturers, wholesalers and logistics.
Ralph Gifford – Project Manager, Ward Williams Associates.
Ralph has been Principal Project Manager at Ward Williams Associates since January 2022. WWA’s Project Management is centred around the assembly of creative project teams, acting as a ‘Critical Friend’ to clients by providing strategic advice, professional judgement and skills. Ralph and his team offer bespoke solutions to their projects, establishing a clear understanding of a client’s business, investments and and drivers.
