Nicholas Eldred is Director of NE Consulting Services. Nicholas provides Consultant General Counsel and/or Company Secretary services to a number of different organisations, advise on and project manage organisational governance change and act as mentor to General Counsel/Heads of Legal/Company Secretaries.
Catrin Rees is Senior Legal Counsel at Wates Group. Catrin trained and qualified at Mayer Brown International LLP, specialising in construction and engineering law. She is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and sits on the national committee of National Association of Women in Construction.
Polly Fox is Principal Disputes Solicitor at Transport for London (TFL). Polly provides advice on a variety of commercial contracts including construction contracts (primarily from the NEC suits of contracts) as well as IT contracts; patent entitlement, infringement and validity disputes, software copyright, IT outsourcing and licensing disputes; managing disputes; running adjudications in house; instructing external legal advisers and Counsel.
